In order to retain the refreshing and soft scent of ripe yuzu, we use approximately 4 yuzu oil extracted from yuzu peels without applying heat to each product. Furthermore, by adding yuzu juice and making it into granules, you can enjoy the refreshing flavor of yuzu. We only use fully ripe yuzu grown in Aki City, Kochi Prefecture, which is known as the ``Yuzu-dokoro'' (Yuzu-dokoro), which is Japan's largest producer of Yuzu. Regardless of the season, you can easily spread the scent of the season on your table any time of the year. Since it is a granule type that dissolves quickly, it can be easily used for drinks and soups.
