1. About Payke POINT

Payke POINT is a point program that allows you to earn points through various actions within the Payke app, such as playing games, missions, answering surveys, and participating in campaigns.

With Payke Express, Payke POINTs can be used to pay for products, and Payke POINTs will be awarded according to the purchase of products on Payke Express.

This page specifies the conditions for granting Payke POINT on Payke Express, terms of use, expiration date, etc.

Payke POINTs can only be used within services specified by Payke. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded in cash, exchanged for other companies' points, transferred to a third party, transferred to other accounts, or combined.

In this policy, "product price" refers to the price of products sold on Payke Express, and does not include shipping costs, handling fees, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs fees, and other costs related to non-products.

2. Earning points with Payke Express

When a member purchases a product through Payke Express, Payke Points will be awarded according to the product price.

Additionally, grant rates and grant conditions may change depending on campaigns, products, sales conditions, etc. If a campaign, etc. stipulates conditions that differ from this policy, the conditions specified in the campaign, etc. will take precedence.

The amount eligible for points is the amount after deducting coupons and other discount amounts and the equivalent amount of points used from the product price. Shipping, handling fees, and other amounts other than the product price are not included.

The number of points awarded will be calculated for each order, and if there is a fraction less than 1 point, the fraction will be rounded up.

Please check the information displayed on the product details screen, order screen, etc. for the actual number of points awarded.

Payke points will be awarded after the ordered item is shipped. However, the grant may be delayed due to system processing, payment status, return/cancellation confirmation, and other confirmations deemed necessary by our company.

In the event of order cancellation, returns, refunds, price changes, or other circumstances, Payke POINTs that are scheduled to be granted or have already been granted may be canceled or modified.

If an already granted Payke POINT is subject to cancellation or modification, and the relevant Payke POINT has already been used, the Company may make adjustments in the subsequent granting or use of Payke POINTs or other methods prescribed by the Company.

3. Use points at Payke Express

Payke POINT can be used for payments with Payke Express, with 10 points = equivalent to 1 yen.

Payke POINT can be used in increments of 10 points. Within the range of available points, points can be applied to part or all of the product price using the method prescribed by our company.

Payke POINT can only be used to pay for products. It cannot be used to pay for shipping, handling fees, customs duties, import consumption taxes, customs clearance fees, or anything other than the product price.

When used in conjunction with a coupon or other discount, the actual discount amount applied by using Payke POINTs may be less than the amount equivalent to the specified number of Payke POINTs, depending on the order details and discount conditions. In this case, only the number of Payke POINTs corresponding to the discount amount actually applied will be deducted as usage points.

If an order using Payke POINT is canceled, returned, or refunded, the used Payke POINT will be returned to your account. However, in the case of a partial return, the Payke Points that were applied to the price of the product to be returned will be refunded.

If fraudulent or other inappropriate use is suspected, the Company may withhold the return of Payke POINTs. Additionally, if the Company reasonably determines that there has been fraudulent or other inappropriate use, Payke POINTs may not be returned.

4. Payke POINT expiration date

All Payke POINTs held will expire if there is no change in the point balance for one year from the last point change date.

"Point fluctuations" refers to the granting, use, cancellation, adjustment, and other changes in the point balance of Payke POINTs. Allocating, using, canceling, adjusting, etc. Payke POINTs outside of Payke Express are also included in point changes.

Payke POINTs do not have separate expiration dates for each acquisition date, but the expiration dates of all Payke POINTs held will be updated based on the last change date.

Expired Payke POINTs cannot be restored for any reason.

5. Check Payke POINT

You can check the number of Payke POINTs you have, usage history, expiration schedule, etc. from the Payke app.

The displayed content may temporarily differ from the actual point balance or expiration schedule due to system processing, communication status, return/cancellation processing, and other circumstances.

6. Response to unauthorized use, etc.

If the Company reasonably determines that any of the following applies, the Company may cancel all or part of Payke POINT, suspend the use of Payke POINT, or take measures regarding membership qualifications without prior notice.

- If Payke POINT is obtained or used by illegal means

- If inappropriate use of multiple accounts is confirmed

- If the Payke POINT system is used fraudulently for the purpose of returns, cancellations, etc.

- If you violate this policy, terms of use, or other rules established by our company

- Any other acts similar to the preceding items that the Company reasonably determines may harm the fair operation of the Payke POINT system, the interests of other members, or the safety of the Company's services.

If the Company takes measures based on this article, the member may request confirmation of the reason using the method prescribed by the Company, unless there is a legal or legal hindrance to preventing unauthorized use.

7. Changes to this content

The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the content of this policy, Payke POINT grant rate, terms of use, expiration date, applicable products, and other Payke POINT content on Payke Express as necessary.

If we make any changes, we will notify you of the changes and their effective date by posting them on Payke Express or by any other method we deem appropriate.

If a change, suspension or termination affects already held Payke POINTs, we will endeavor to provide a reasonable notice period.

However, if there are unavoidable circumstances such as legal compliance, prevention of unauthorized use, security reasons, etc., the service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice or notice period.
