How to use

●Dissolve 4 spoons (approximately 28 g) of the included spoon in 250 ml of water or milk.
●The guideline for 1 spoonful is surikiri.
●20g of PROTEIN in 4 spoons (28g)

●Protein shaker is sold separately.
