The soap base, which takes 100 hours to make using the traditional kettle-fired method, is poured into a frame, cooled and solidified, and then dried and aged for about 20 days. The soap crystals are dense, making it difficult to melt and crumble. No synthetic surfactants, mineral oils, fragrances, colorants, or preservatives added. After rinsing, the highly moisturizing shea butter forms a protective film on the skin, soothing irritation and preventing moisture from evaporating. It has a thick lather that can be used all over the body, from the face to the body.
