Details: This is a simple and convenient tea bag soup stock that allows you to make authentic Kyoto-style soup stock just like a chef would carefully prepare by boiling it in a pot for 3 minutes. The dashi ingredients are carefully selected from all over the country, including Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido, mackerel flakes and sardine flakes from Kumamoto, and are flavored with only salt from Setouchi. Since it is seasoned with salt, you can use it as a soup stock for udon noodles or hot pots, or add a Kyoto-style flavor to your usual dashi rolls and stews.
