• 1. Find the perfect line with the Y-shaped stick. 2. Apply the liquid above and below the line you found. If you have thick eyelids, we recommend applying two coats. 3. When the liquid becomes transparent, press the line with the stick to make it adhere. It doesn't get shiny or sticky, so it's easy to apply makeup afterwards. It won't turn white even if it gets wet.
