“Donbei Kitsune Udon” for western Japan is a colorful “Shichimi” with a gorgeous aroma.
Donbei's uniquely chewy and smooth udon noodles are elegantly blended with the kelp and bonito soup stock made for Western Japan.
It is characterized by a deep-flavored soup with a lingering flavor.
A cup-shaped kitsune udon with delicious large and fluffy ``juicy fries.''
The ``Colorful Shichimi'' (attached), which has a gorgeous aroma of Japanese pepper that complements the soup stock, brings out the deliciousness.

Raw materials/components

How to use
Peel off the lid halfway and take out the bag of powdered shichimi soup.
Add the powdered soup first, then slowly pour boiling water from the top to the inside line.
Cover and stir gently after 5 minutes. Finally, add shichimi and it's done.
