Mozuku is made with 100% organic mozuku from Okinawa. A Japanese-style instant soup made with flying fish stock. The melty texture of mozuku and mekabu kelp makes this dish addictive. You can quickly and easily make seaweed soup just by pouring hot water.
How to use
Put 1 tablespoon of this product in a bowl, pour 130 cc of boiling water, stir, and enjoy after 2 to 3 minutes. You can easily adjust the flavor to be light or strong depending on your taste preference. Alternatively, if you crush 3 tablespoons of rice into small pieces and cook them together with 3 tablespoons of rice, seasonings, and your favorite toppings, you can make takikomi rice that is packed with sea flavor.
