To commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Japan Food Research Institute, approximately 200 researchers from Ehime and Chiba held a development contest under the command, ``Create the most delicious sauce for yakiniku!''
As a result, we commercialized the winning yakiniku sauce.
A rich yakiniku sauce that blends the refreshing sweetness of 6 types of fruit juices (apple, pear, pineapple, orange, lemon, and peach) with the aroma and depth of 2 types of jang (gochujang and bean sauce).
