We combined domestically produced bonito flakes and mackerel flakes with organic soy sauce to create a white dashi with a light color and elegant flavor. No chemical seasonings or colorings are used. You can easily make authentic smoke just by diluting it with hot water. Please dilute 1 part of this product using the following ratio as a guide. Cooking example: soup water or hot water 13~15. Chawanmushi: water or hot water 11~13. Oden: Water or hot water 9~11. Hotpot: Water or hot water 10~12.
With this one bottle, you can greatly expand your cooking options.
