This soup is 3 times thicker than the premium line, using carefully selected ingredients to express a richer flavor and higher quality taste. Contains organic JAS certified organic soy sauce made with organically grown soybeans and wheat, domestically produced bonito flakes, and kelp from Hokkaido. We use 1.5 times more stock material than our "3 times the amount of soup stock" product. Take your usual dishes to a higher level of deliciousness without adding any chemical seasonings. Since there are no preservatives added, mold and yeast may form after opening, so be sure to store it upright in the refrigerator and use it as soon as possible.
