A flavorful seasoning made from citrus juice and brewed vinegar.
It can be used for a wide variety of dishes such as hotpots, tofu, grilled fish, fries, and vinegared dishes.
Before use, grate 1 yuzu (1 piece) or add squeezed juice (2-3 pieces) of daidai, sudachi, etc. to 1.8L for an even more refreshing flavor.
Unlike regular seasoned ponzu, it does not use soy sauce, so if you use it as is, you can bring out the color of the ingredients.
When adding soy sauce, you can adjust the color to your liking. By adding soy sauce, dashi, etc., you can make your own seasoned ponzu (ponzu sauce).
