[How to use]
★Basic usage
(1) Stand the main unit diagonally so that it does not move, hold the handle firmly, and slowly push out the vegetables that you have previously cut into pieces that are easy to julienne from the front toward the blade.
*Please make sure that it is firmly fixed by placing a wet cloth under it to prevent it from wobbling.
(2) Place it on top of a bowl and use the bowl cutter firmly set on the edge of the bowl for convenient preparation and serving.
・You can cook food with a thickness of 3 mm (design value).
・The thickness will vary depending on the ingredients and pressing force.
[Cleaning method]
・When using for the first time, wash thoroughly with dish detergent.
- After use, wash thoroughly with detergent on a soft cloth or sponge, wipe off moisture with a dry cloth, and store in a dry place.
- Applying a thin layer of salad oil to the blade will prevent it from rusting.
・Leaving the blade with dirt containing salt or acids or storing it in a humid place may cause rust.
・Depending on vegetables such as carrots, the color of the plastic part may change due to the vegetable pigment, but this is not harmful.
