The umami of Setouchi oyster extract is combined with bonito and kelp stock to create a mellow and deep flavor. We use a special soy sauce blended with light soy sauce to bring out the color and flavor of the ingredients. Compared to regular dark soy sauce, it contains 25% less salt*. The bottle is a double-walled fresh bottle that prevents oxidation, and the fresh taste can be kept at room temperature for 90 days after opening.
