This product uses seasoned salt specially made for rice balls made with sea salt from Nagasaki Prefecture and freeze-dried pollack.
Unlike regular salt, it is not just a "flavor".
The crisp saltiness and spiciness of the mentaiko combine to make it stand out.
Using salt from Hakata Gion Yamakasa, we use our unique technology to lock in the flavor and create a low-salt product.
If you want to mix it with rice, just mix about 2 teaspoons per cup of rice.
