``Cook Do Hotpot Meat'' is a Chinese food ingredient that allows you to easily prepare authentic Chinese food with crispy cabbage and pork. A perfect blend of sweet soy sauce and seaweed. The rich sweetness and subtle spiciness of the chili pepper bring out the sweetness of the pork and cabbage. Serving Instructions (3-4 servings/approx. 20 minutes) ●Ingredients: Pork belly (thinly sliced) approximately 200g, 2 medium green peppers (approx. 40g), 1/4 large cabbage (approx. 300g), 1/2 medium green onion (approx. 40g) 1. Cut the ingredients and prepare.・Pork belly: Cut into 5cm lengths.・Cabbage: Cut into bite-sized pieces.・Long onion: cut diagonally into 1cm wide pieces.・Green pepper: Remove seeds and cut into pieces. 2. Stir-fry the cabbage and green pepper. -Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a well-heated pan, stir-fry half of the cabbage and green pepper, and transfer to a plate.・Fry the remaining half in the same way and set aside on a plate. (If using a Teflon pot, use 1 tablespoon of oil each.) 3. Stir-fry the pork and green onions, then add the sauce. Stir-fry the pork and green onions.
