Celebrating 50th anniversary! That masterpiece is now available for the first time in the world as the long-awaited SA-CD Multi-ch Hybrid edition!
To commemorate the 50th anniversary of the release of Santana's 7th album in 1976, which saw her long-awaited return to Latin rock, Santana, who had been devoted to spiritual and dreamy jazz fusion, has finally released the world's first SA-CD multi-hybrid edition! Although Santana's approach to funk music through a primitive and lively band ensemble is excellent, the highlight of this work is, without a doubt, the sensual guitar instrumental masterpiece ``Europe of Sorrow'', and this hit established Santana's melancholy instrumental line. Furthermore, this work is the second time Tadanori Yokoo has been in charge of the artwork after ``The Legend of Lotus''. At that timeJapanThe original master of the unreleased quadraphonic edition (4ch mix) was converted to DSD, allowing you to enjoy a surround mix with a different level of realism from the regular stereo edition in high sound quality, and the CD layer is also the latest remastered edition using the SA-CD stereo high-resolution master. The package is a 7-inch paper jacket carefully resized from the US Quadraphonic LP, and the overseas announcement posters from the time are also reprinted. A permanent record coveted by Santana fans around the world!
